Venue Details

Address: Lea Manor Recreation Ground, Northwell Drive, Luton, LU3 3TL

Parking: Car pooling is highly encouraged. Parking is available in the main car park, overflow car park, and a limited third site. Marshals will be on hand to guide you. Parking is free of charge.

Entrance Fee: £2 per adult spectator (cash only).

Facilities: Toilets are located inside the Lea Manor Recreation Centre. Food and drinks will be available for purchase. For more information, please refer to the "Frequently Asked Questions" section at the bottom of the page.

How to access your fixtures:

  • Via the Tournify app: Download the "Tournify" app from your App Store. Simply search for "Allstars Cup" to access the tournament fixtures home page. Once there, navigate to the bottom of the screen and select "My Team" to find your team. Click on your team to view all your fixtures, schedules, and standings.

  • Via the Tournify website: Visit the Tournify Allstars Cup website by clicking here, then click on your team name or use the search feature to find and select your team. Once you're on your team's page, you can view your fixtures, schedules, and standings.

Eligibility: All players must be registered and listed on the registration form. The age groups used are those from the 2023/24 season. For more information about registration, please refer to the “Team Responsibilities“ section below. Click here to access it directly.

Punctuality: Teams must arrive at their designated pitch on time to ensure the tournament runs smoothly for everyone. Late arrival will result in forfeiture of the fixture.

 

Match Rules

Group Stage 10 mins Two groups, each team plays all other teams in their group once.
A win earns 3 points, a draw 1, and a loss 0. GD counts towards ranking.
Top two teams from each group advance to the Cup Semi-finals.
3rd and 4th placed teams from each group advance to Shield Semi-finals.
Semi-finals (Cup) 15 mins Top two teams from each group compete.
In the event of a draw, the winner will be decided by penalties.
Winners advance to the Cup Final.
Semi-finals (Shield) 15 mins Teams finishing 3rd and 4th in each group compete.
In the event of a draw, the winner will be decided by penalties.
Winners advance to Shield Final.
Final (Shield) 15 mins Winners of Shield semi-finals compete for the Shield trophy.

  • Laws of the Game: Standard FIFA laws apply. No offside rules for U7, U8, U9, U10, U11 and U12.

  • Substitutes: Unlimited substitutions are allowed during stoppages in play.

  • Penalties: Each team takes 5 penalties, followed by sudden death if necessary.

 

Team ResponsibilitIES

  1. Registration: Teams must ensure that the registration form is completed and brought on the tournament day. A copy of the registration form can be downloaded by clicking here. Additionally, all players must have an ID available for age verification; this can be in the form of the team's league registration sheet (squad list from the FA Whole Game System) from this season or a passport or a birth certificate.

  2. Equipment: Teams must bring balls. The home team must provide match football. For example, in the fixture "Team A vs Team B," Team A is the home team and supply the match ball.

  3. Kit: Team managers must bring bibs. In case of a kit colour clash, the away team will wear bibs. For example, in the fixture "Team A vs Team B," Team B is the away team and must wear bibs.

  4. Linesman: Teams must supply a linesman for U13, U14 and U15 games.

  5. Clean-Up: Teams must clean up their designated areas after each match.


Conduct & Safety

  • Sportsmanship: All players, coaches, and spectators must exhibit good sportsmanship.

  • Disputes: The referee's decision is final. Any disputes should be directed to the Tournament Coordinator.

  • Photography Disclaimer: Photographs and drone footage will be taken during the event. Please inform the club secretary and cameraman if you prefer not to be photographed.

  • Injuries: Report any injuries to the nearest official or first aid station immediately.

  • Weather: In case of severe weather, follow instructions from tournament officials for evacuation or postponement procedures.

  • The fixtures are out! For your team’s fixtures please see the “Fixtures” subsection in the Tournament Schedule.

  • Each pitch will be numbered for easy identification. Pitch locations are shown on the attached map. Stewards will be on hand to guide.

  • Yes, a gazebo with a barbecue and an ice cream van will be available by the grass pitches over both days.

    There is a convenient store and fish and chip shop located at Marsh Farm Shopping Center - approximately 500m from the venue.

  • We have a strict no-refund policy if your team is unable to attend.

  • Before the tournament, please direct all queries and questions to tournament@lutonallstars.com. While we strive to respond promptly, please allow 1-2 days for a reply in the worst case.

    On the day of the event, our staff will be available and happy to assist you.
